On the menu:-
Chicken drumsticks fried in chili, garlic and thyme; ham and pineapple frittatta; mango and kiwi fruit in heavy cream; coconut and mango juice.
Ok I’m going more overboard with the heavy cream I think than is intended, but I’ll scale it back next week :P

Manicure Monday: custom Gotham City Sirens nail set, by Jihye Lee.
Just when I thought that Jihye Lee’s nail art couldn’t get any cuter than her Harley Quinn x Poison Ivy set, she whipped up this custom order featuring all three Gotham City Sirens. This nail set features miniature portraits of each Batman femme fatale, as well as their respective pets (note: I think that I can safely say that this is probably the only manicure in existence that contains both a hyena and/or a Venus Flytrap). Check out that teeny, tiny Batarang dangling off the pinky nail! :D

Really keeping an eye out for easy geeky costumes right now for a dress up party I’m going to at the end of the month - this is WAY cute!!!!

Hey dude, not sure when you sent this, but keep going with the no sugar thing if you can! Diet soft drinks are actually still bad for your insulin, the way I weened myself off them was to go from soft drink to juice and then juice to water. That way you deal with the caffeine cravings first, then the sugar. Plus the fruit juice sugar is more natural, not refined (provided you get the no added sugar ones that is lol)
I went from 2 cans of mother a day to tea with one sugar a couple of times a week - it can be done!!
